Abstract

Semen stain examination has been an undertaking of Forensic Biology and Serology. Analysis of fundamental semen and seminal stains can give critical data to the crime scene examinations essentially in rape cases. The preliminary step of distinguishing such body fluids is important since the idea of the liquid is itself instructive to the examination driven by the importance for legal applications, body fluids recognizable proof strategy have been broadly developed in past due years. The target of this study is to give the idea of primary presumptive and confirmatory test or test applied for semen detection and seminal fluid detection on the scene of crime.
