Abstract

ABSTRAK : LBP miogenik merupakan nyeri yang berhubungan dengan stress atau strain otot punggung, tendon dan ligament yang biasanya terjadi setelah melakukan aktivitas berlebihan. Penelitianinibertujuanuntuk mengetahui pengaruh dari core stability exercise terhadap fleksibilitas low back pain myogenic. Penelitian inimenggunakandesain Quasi Experimen yaitu pre test - post test.Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitianinimenggunakan purposive sampling.Rata - rata fleksibilitas Low Back Pain Myogenic sebelum dilakukan intervensi adalah fleksi 16,44 cm (abnormal)  dengan standar deviasi 0,726 cm, ekstensi 16,78 cm (abnormal) dengan standar deviasi 0,833 cm  dan rata-rata pengaruh fleksibilitas Low Back Pain Myogenic sesudah dilakukan intervensi adalah fleksi dengan standar 23,22 cm (normal) dengan standar deviasi 0,441 cm, ekstensi 22,89cm (normal) dengan standar deviasi 0,333 cm Dapat di simpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh  pemberian Core  Stability Exercise terhadap Fleksibilitas Low Back Pain Myogenic sesudah pemberian Core  Stability Exercise pada Buruh Angkut. Untuk itu diharapkan kepada buruh angkut untuk dapat melakukan gerakan atau latihan di saat istirahat untuk menghindari terjadinya low back pain myogenic agar fleksibilitas tubuh tetap terjaga.                                                              Kata Kunci  : Core Stability Exercise, Fleksibilitas, Low Back Pain Myogenic ABSTRACT : Myogenic LBP is pain related to stress or strain of the back muscles, tendons and ligaments that usually occurs after excessive activity. This study aims to determine the effect of core stability exercise on myogenic low back pain flexibility. This study uses a Quasi Experimental design, namely pre test - post test. The sampling technique of this study used purposive sampling. The average flexibility of Low Back Pain Myogenic before the intervention was flexion 16.44 cm (abnormal) with a standard deviation of 0.726 cm, extension 16.78 cm (abnormal) with a standard deviation of 0.833 cm and the average effect of flexibility on Low Back Pain Myogenic after The intervention was flexion with a standard of 23.22 cm (normal) with a standard deviation of 0.441 cm, extension 22.89 cm (normal) with a standard deviation of 0.333 cm. Stability Exercise on Transport Workers. For this reason, it is expected that transport workers can perform movements or exercises at rest to avoid the occurrence of myogenic low back pain so that body flexibility is maintained.
