Abstract

Karaktristik Agronomi dan Ketahanan Terhadap Penyakit Hawar Daun Bakteri Pada Turunan BC4F2 Hasil Persilangan Tinggong/IRBB27Abstrak. Tanaman padi (Oryza sativa L.) yaitu tanaman yang menjadi makanan pokok khususnya di Indonesia. Tanaman padi termasuk ke dalam golongan Graminae. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik agronomi tanaman padi turunan BC4F2 hasil persilangan Tinggong dan IRBB27 serta ketahanan terhadap Hawar Daun Bakteri. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Genetika dan Pemuliaan Tanaman dan kebun percobaan rumah kasa Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Syiah Kuala Darussalam Banda Aceh, dimulai dari November 2021-Juni 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa tanaman yang prospektif untuk ditanami selanjutnya yaitu genotipe T35.7.5.13 (tanaman 2), T35.7.5.16 (tanaman 4), T36.10.3.19 (tanaman 8), T37.3.2.1 (tanaman 5) yang memiliki umur yang genjah, tinggi yang genjah, produksi yang tinggi dan tahan terhadap penyakit hawar daun bakteri.Kata Kunci. Bakteri, Genjah, Genotipe , Pemuliaan, Padi.Agronomic Characteristics and Resistance to Bacterial Leaf Blight on BC4F2 Derivatives from Crosses of Tinggong/IRBB27Abstract. Rice (Oryza sativa L.) is a staple food crop, especially in Indonesia. Rice plants belong to the Graminae. This study aims to determine the agronomic characteristics of rice plants derived from BC4F2 from a cross between Tinggong and IRBB27 as well as resistance to bacterial leaf blight. This research was carried out at the Genetics and Plant Breeding Laboratory and the screen house experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Syiah Kuala University Darussalam Banda Aceh, starting from November 2021-June 2022. The results showed that there were several prospective plants for further cultivation, namely genotype T35.7.5.13 (plant 2), T35.7.5.16 (plant 4), T36.10.3.19 (plant 8), T37.3.2.1 (plant 5) which have early maturity, early maturing height, high production and resistance to bacterial leaf blight.Key Word.
