ENVIRONMENT AND SUSTAINABILITY

Abstract

The purpose of this research is the study about how sustainability can maintain a balanced environment, as well as ensure resources for present and future generations, without slowing down business and economic development. It shall be, first, an analysis of the concept of environment and how it is deployed by the Federal Constitution, as well as it will demonstrate the kind of responsibility for environmental damage. The study will analyze the social role of the companies, the role of public power and society in face of excessive consumption and planned obsolescence. And, finally, it will examine the concept and the importance of sustainable development for a dignified and healthy life through environmental re-education.
