The development of information technology encourages people to be effective and efficient in making the right decisions. The application of information technology is expected to help business activities, especially those related to decision-making. In addition, information technology is expected to be a support system for business, economic, socio-political, and educational success. One of the uses of information technology in education is an academic information system whose benefits include making it easier for users to carry out academic activities at school. State Vocational High School 1 Malang (SMKN 1 Malang) has implemented an academic information system in its activities. Based on school information, there has never been an analysis to measure the success rate of this system. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to measure the success of the academic information system at SMKN 1 Malang using the DeLone and McLean models. The analysis results show a positive relationship between system quality and use variables, as well as between usage and net benefit.
