Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of managerial ownership, independent commissioners, and audit committees on company value, on banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research period used is 5 years, namely the period 2012- 2016. The population of this study includes all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016. The sampling method in this study uses purposive sampling method. Based on the established criteria obtained the number of samples of 13 companies. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis. The results showed that managerial ownership had a positive and significant effect on company value, independent commissioners had no significant effect on company value, and the audit committee had no significant effect on company value.
