Abstract

In the world in which we live character is at the forefront. It’s hard to tell what is the truth as the lineshave been blurred because of a word called "spin" and a person’s own mental justification for theiractions. Daily accounts of superintendents and other school administrators are headlined in the media, whether mainstream media or specialized education media, about failures in character. What causedthat superintendent or administrator to sacrifice their character? They relied on their reputation andbecame lax in their moral obligations and judgments.
