Abstract
This paper expounded the urea ammonia production process of SCR denitration, and maked a detailed technical and economic comparison and analysis of various process routes such as urea hydrolysis, pyrolysis (electric heating) and gas heat exchange. The research showed that urea hydrolysis and pyrolysis were widely used and had their own advantages and disadvantages. Taking 300MW unit as an example, the practical application research was carried out: considering the difficulty of construction, maintenance, operation stability, adjustment and economy during operation, the urea hydrolysis ammonia production scheme was recommended preferentially. Finally, three optimization design principles were put forward for the urea hydrolysis ammonia production process, including fully considering the standby, minimizing the impact on the original unit, and safe and stable operation.
