Abstract

Large-scale wind power integration brings uncertainty factors to the power system, which causes a great challenge to the optimal scheduling. Based on development reality of domestic and foreign power systems adapting to grid-connected high penetration wind power accommodation, the paper is proposed. First, the research status at home and abroad is sorted out from the perspectives of unit commitment, economic dispatch, electricity market mechanisms and etc. Secondly, the model of optimal scheduling considering wind power uncertainty is classified and analyzed according to the time scale, regulation objectives, modeling mechanism, and uncertainty model. The advantages, disadvantages and applications of various optimization models are summarized. Then, the architecture, application status, advantages and disadvantages of various wind power uncertainty models are described in detail from four aspects of fuzzy membership function, scene set, robust uncertainty set and distributionally robust uncertainty set. Finally, the future research directions in related fields are prospected to provide references and suggestions for the research on optimal scheduling considering wind power uncertainty.
