PERBANDINGAN EFISIENSI PENATALAKSANAAN APENDISITIS AKUT PADA PASIEN JAMINAN KESEHATAN NASIONAL DENGAN PASIEN UMUM (STUDI KASUS DI RSUD PANEMBAHAN SENOPATI BANTUL)

Abstract

BPJS PBI's participants patients that a part of National Health Insurrance have financing with prospective payment system, while general patient use fee for service., To avoid losses, the hospital must manage patients more efficiently in the prospective payment system than the fee for service with strict quality control and control of costs. The type of research is a quantitative research using secondary data. Population is BPJS PBI's patient and general patients who experiencing uncomplicated acute appendicitis and action appedictomi. There are 60 respondent. Analyses test using independent t test and Mann-Whitney test. Based on the length of stay and cost management in appendicitis procedures, BPJS PBI's participant patients more efficient than general patients. Pasien peserta Badan Pengelola Jaminan Sosial Penerima Bantuan Iuran (BPJS PBI) yang merupakan bagian dari Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional melakukan pembiayaan dengan prospective payment system, sementara pasien umum menggunakan fee for service. Dengan kendali mutu dan kendali biaya yang lebih ketat, rumah sakit harus mengelola pasien lebih efisien pada prospective payment system dibandingkan dengan fee for service untuk menghindari kerugian. Jenis penelitian merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Populasi adalah pasien BPJS PBI dan pasien umum yang mengalami apendisitis akut tanpa komplikasi dan dilakukan tindakan apediktomi.Jumlah sampel 60 orang. Uji analisis menggunakan independen t test dan Mann-Whitney test. Berdasarkan lama hari rawat dan biaya, penatalaksaan apendisitis pada pasien BPJS PBI lebih efisien dibanding pasien umum.
