Abstract

The research objectives are: 1). Develop products from LMS Chamilo that can be used in citizenship education courses. 2). Knowing the effectiveness of using the product in citizenship courses. The research method used in this research is research and development (R&D). The results showed that the feasibility of this product was based on the alpha test (alpha test) on the material expert of 3.25 which was included in the "good" category, while the media expert was 4.42 which was included in the "very good" category. In the beta test (beta test) of 3.93 which is included in the "good" category. From the results of the feasibility test, it can be stated that the product developed has met the elements suitable for use in the learning process. There was an increase in the achievement of students' cognitive learning outcomes after using Chamilo by 10.13. The mean value of the pretest was 60.13 and the posttest was 70.2. From the results of this study it can be concluded that learning by using Chamilo has been effective.   Keywor: Civics Education, Daring Class, Hybrid learning, LMS Chamilo.
