Abstract

58 SUMMARY Behavior, main concern of pedagogues, is also a main concern of many other studies. Self-efficacy that explains how an individual perceives himself/herself is also thought to have an effect on the understanding of behavior. It is a common point of view that the teachers trained institutions where the teachers are educated should be willing, self-sacrificing and capable of handling problems on their owns. It is important that the belief in self-efficacy of teacher candidates, which affects motivation and performance, be determined and improved.
