Abstract

The following text is the result of an investigation in the context of the fishing industry, with fishing considered as a cultural system which affects the cognitive processes of the populations of maritime towns. At the same time that we show the exodus of groups that live of resources of the sea, we render visible the feminine labor in the western coastline of Spain. © 2011 by Revista Estudos Feministas.
