Abstract

Based on two fieldworks in Ile-de-France, the first one on street prostitution, the second one on multipartner women and their space of seduction, this article aims at revisiting the theories of exchange in sexuality. Price and value attributed to partners determine systems of debts not only necessary but also searched for. These material or immaterial debts involve power relations but are also desire of the expression and of the projection will in the future.
