Google Book Search or the Library of Babel : New wine must be poured into new wineskins

Abstract

Google is scanning millions of books from the top-ranking research libraries to include in Google's digital archives. This scanning has occurred without the copyright owners' authorization, leading to the copyright infringement lawsuit.
