Abstract

Sustainable development is forward looking and also a continuous mission for the development of human society. This paper aims to identify the key factors of sustainability for infrastructure projects to create and operate a healthy built environment based on resource efficiency and ecological design. A questionnaire survey has been conducted to identify the important factors that influence more on the sustainability of a project. Based on previous literature survey, 30 factors that influence sustainability were summarized. Software Package for Social Science was used for ranking of variables.
