Abstract
This study aims to empirically examine the relationship between mindfulness, hope, and employability with subjective well-being in students of the Yogyakarta ATK Polytechnic. This study uses the dependent variable, namely subjective well-being and the independent variables, namely mindfulness, hope, and employability. This research method is a quantitative method with a Likert scale model and Semantic Differential as a data collection tool. The data analysis of this research is a multiple regression analysis technique with the help of the SPSS 21 program. The subjects of this study were students from the TPKP, TPK, TPPK study programs with the criteria of semester VI. The sampling technique using Quota Sampling technique. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that mindfulness, hope, and employability have a very significant relationship with subjective well-being. Partially, each independent variable, namely mindfulness, hope, and employability, has a very significant relationship with subjective well-being. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between mindfulness, hope, and employer with subjective well-being.
