Thermoresponsive chlorambucil derivatives for tumour targeting

Abstract

Putting the heat on: Drugs that are essentially inactive at 37°C and are active under mild hyperthermia can be synthesized by modification of chlorambucil with thermoresponsive groups (see picture; C gray, Cl green, F yellow, H white, N blue, O red).
