Abstract

O artigo discute a intensidade do trabalho em escala global e suas particularidades na América Latina). A ampliação (in) visível da duração do trabalho no mundo e suas repercussões sobre os (as) trabalhadores (as). Jornadas excessivas de trabalho, condições degradantes e trabalho análogo à escravidão: o setor sucroalcooleiro no Brasil e a morte por exaustão no trabalho. O trabalho imaterial, criativo e a subsunção da subjetividade das trabalhadoras sob a produção capitalista na Argentina.
