Flora das cangas da Serra dos Carajás, Pará, Brasil: Connaraceae

Abstract

This study presents a taxonomic treatment for the species of Connaraceae occurring in canga vegetation of Serra dos Carajás. Four species belonging to the genera Connarus and Rourea were recorded. This treatment includes identification keys, morphologic descriptions, geographic distribution data, comments, illustrations, photography, and images in scanning electron microscopy of the studied species.
