Abstract

Dental autotransplantation is one of the dental rehabilitation techniques with encouraging results in long-term follow-up. The arrival of new technologies such as CBCT and 3D models, which simplify and speed up the technique, make them a very good alternative to dental implants in selected patients. In our experience we present a 16 year old patient with destructive caries in 3 dental pieces, with the help of CBCT and 3D sterolithographic models we carried out one of the first documented autotransplants of 3 simultaneous pieces with preservation of all of them after 4 years of follow-up.
