Abstract

Scrofuloderma can be rarely find in children. The condition needs to be considered as a differential diagnosis if we find a characteristic skin lesions in lymph node regions with associated systemic manifestations suggestive of TB. Late diagnosis and inappropriate treatment can lead to poor prognosis and antimicrobial resistance. In this report, we present a case of a severely malnourished 1-year-old girl with srofuloderma.
