Abstract
This study aims to evaluate school educators and infrastructure facilities for providing inclusive education in Bontang based on the Guidelines for Implementing Inclusive Education by the Directorate of PKLK in 2011 and Permendiknas No. 70 of 2009 concerning Inclusive Education. This research uses evaluative research design. Data collection methods carried out were interviews, observation and documentation. Qualitative research data is obtained through interviews and observations in the field. The subject and location of the study were conducted in three pilotting schools for inclusive education in Bontang. The qualitative data analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of data obtained in the field through interviews, observation and documentation, it was stated that the implementation of inclusive education in Bontang, on the types of learners' acceptability in schools, student acceptance systems, and the process of identifying and assessing students was largely in accordance with the Implementation of Inclusive Education by the Directorate of PKLK in 2011 and Permendiknas No. 70 of 2009 concerning Inclusive Education. But for the type of disability of students who are accepted at school is still not diverse, because students who are accepted are mostly mentally disabled, learning difficulties and slow learning.
