Abstract

The diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 is based on the use of nu-cleic acid amplification tests (NAAT), especially rRT-PCR. The latter also allows us to quickly identify variants of concern. However, its use in follow-up of patients and the correlation between Ct value and the viability of the virus is controversial.
