Abstract

This research was motivated by a wrong understanding of claiming success in service. God's servants feel because of their tenacity in serving. Finally, they tend to fall into arrogance, which is driven by the belief that they are superior. As a result, many servants of God who convey their greatness in pulpit service, and other worship meetings, serve without seriousness in truly understanding the meaning of service. So service is no longer purely according to Biblical truth but merely human truth. human arrogance that no longer longs for the holy Spirit to lead its ministry. Indeed, service belongs to God, so God sent the Holy Spirit to guide and protect His servants until they achieve the results He desires. So the purpose of this research is to analyze and provide understanding for believers about the work of the Holy Spirit in serving God. Researchers used descriptive qualitative methods connected to interviews. So the results of this research analysis explain that the Holy Spirit plays an active role as a pioneer in church services, the Holy Spirit empowers servants to carry out service tasks, and drives church growth in all things.
