Abstract

A reforma previdenciária, proposta pelo governo Lula e aprovada pelo Congresso Nacional, constitui mais um passo decisivo na destruição do Estado iniciada no governo Collor. Este artigo tem por objetivo destacar o impacto e os verdadeiros interesses do governo Lula no tocante à reforma, ou melhor, à contra-reforma previdenciária.The social welfare reform, proposed by Lula's government and approved by the House of Representatives, constitutes one else decisive step to the destruction of the State started in Collor's government. This paper intends to emphasize both the impact and the true interests of Lula's government concerned to the Reform, rather, the Counter Reformation.
