Background: Physiological changes in pregnant women have the potential to cause several sleep disorders in pregnant women. In addition, pregnant women also often experience back pain which can also cause poor sleep quality. Pregnancy massage can be done as a way to relieve discomfort and make pregnant women relax and sleep well. While yoga has been shown to reduce pregnancy-related stress, anxiety and pain.Purpose: This study aims to to determine the effectiveness of prenatal massage and prenatal yoga on sleep quality in third trimester pregnant women at Samudra Mom Kids and Baby Spa Krapyak Sragen Wetan Sragen. Methods: This type of research uses a quasi-experimental design, with the research design used is the Nonequivalent Control Group Design. This research was conducted at Samodra Mom Kids and Baby Spa Krapyak Sragen Wetan Sragen by giving a questionnaire about sleep quality during pregnancy in the third trimester. Then pregnant women are given physical treatment in the form of prenatal massage and prenatal Yoga once a week for one month. Results: Based on the results of research with Spearman correlation analysis for hypothesis testing, it can be seen that a significant value (p value) is 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a significant relationship between the implementation of massage therapy and prenatal yoga with the level of sleep quality of pregnant women in the third trimester. Conclusion: This study can be concluded that "There is a significant relationship between massage therapy and prenatal yoga with sleep quality of pregnant women in the third trimester.
