Abstract

The authors presents his views, formed from combining his experiences of the working life and from the views and ideas expressed by others of business process re-engineering and change management. He does not attempt to impose his views on us but he would like to point out that with better understanding of the business process re-engineering and change management policies can help us develop our own philosophies for managing change to enable the business to survive and prosper.
