PENERAPAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN VIDEO KLIP PEMBUATAN MOCK UP ICE CREAM TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MAHASISWA

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan media pembelajaran video klip pembuatan mock up ice cream terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Program Studi Pendidikan Vokasi Seni Kuliner, Universitas Negeri Jakarta pada bulan Juni 2017 – Agustus 2017. Menggunakan metode penelitian Quasi Eksperimental dimana terdapat kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol masingmasing terdiri dari 25 mahasiswa. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara mengisi kuisioner dalam bentuk 20 soal pilihan ganda yang telah diuji validasi dan reliabilitas tentang materi mock up ice cream. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t dengan α = 0,05 diperoleh 𝑡"#$%&’ sebesar 1,62 sedangkan nilai 𝑡$()*+ untuk α = 0,05 dan dk = 48 yaitu 𝑡$()*+ = 2,012. Karena 1,62 < 2,012 maka 𝐻- diterima yang artinya tidak terdapat pengaruh media pembelajaran video klip pembuatan mock up ice cream terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa. Kata kunci : Video Klip Pembuatan Mock Up Ice Cream, Hasil Belajar  Abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of the application of video clips media learning for making mock up ice cream to learning outcomes. This research conducted at Culinary Arts Vocation Education, State University of Jakarta in June 2017 – August 2017. This research used Quasi Eksperimen method where there are experiment group and control group each composed of 25 students. Data were collected by giving a 20-item questionnaire of multiple choice questionnaire that has been tested for validation and reliability of mock up ice cream material. The results of hypothesis testing using the t-test with α = 0.05 obtained t-hitung of 1.62 while the value t_tabel for α = 0.05 and dk = 48 that is t_tabel = 2.012. Because the 1.62< 2.012 then accepted H0 which means there is not use video clips media learning making mock up ice cream on the results of student learning.
