Abstract
Across Europe, populists on both sides of the political spectrum are enjoying record popularity. Two core issues lie at the root of today’s rising populism: the challenge of migration and the lingering euro crisis. To ward off populism, Europe's centrist parties must reintroduce viable political alternatives.
