Abstract

Both Dopamine and NE infusion resulted in significant improvement in cardiac output, and mean arterial pressure, and especially Dopamine increased renal blood flow without affecting on systemic vascular resistance. ISOP and Glucagon infusion were not remarkedly increasing in cardiac output, renal blood flow and mean arterial pressure but decreasing in systemic vascular resistance significantly. PGE1, PGE2 and POB infusion were not obtained satisfactory efficacy in shock state. Their vasodilator effect was demonstrated in decreasing systemic vascular resistance and central venous pressure. © 1974, The Japanese Circulation Society. All rights reserved.
