Abstract

This report on wood decay by basidiomycetes gives data (largely tabulated) on the frequency of different genera, the relative prevalence of brown and white rots, geographic distribution, the prevalent spp. on angiospermous and gymnospermous woods, the fungi associated with various products, and fungus relationships with wood preservatives.
