Abstract

Electronic resource contract law language presents many problems for both librarians and publishers. For librarians, problems gener- ally involve interlibrary loan permissions and perpetual access/ archival rights. For publishers, problems involve breach of contract and definitions of authorized users and sites. Through a descrip- tion of the basic license elements and practice with a sample license, problems diminished in this session. © The North American Serials Interest Group, Inc.
