Abstract
The association of renal angiomyolipoma and renal oncocytoma within the same kidney is rare, with only 10 cases having been reported in the literature previously. A 65-year-old woman consulted our hospital with the chief complaint of general fatigue. Radiological diagnostic studies demonstrated a snowman-shaped mass in the left kidney, and renal cell carcinoma was suggested. We performed trans-lumbar left nephrectomy. Postoperative pathological examination demonstrated the rare status of unilateral simultaneous renal angiomyolipoma and oncocytoma.
