Abstract

By the aggravation of climate change to human activities, climate change has become an important scientific problem. The drought and flood occur frequently in these years, many scientists study the mechanism of drought and flood. This paper discusses and analyzes the influence of climate change to drought and flood. The atmosphere disasters occupy about 70% of the natural disaster in China. They break out frequently and distribute unfair in time and space. The atmosphere disasters including drought, flood and other atmosphere secondary and derived disasters influence four hundred millions people, making the average economic losses more than 2000 billion dollars.
