Specialist, reporting to our Chief HR Officer, to project manage and support the implementation of a culture and values strategy for the organisation; enabling teams and individuals to achieve their full potential. The right person will enjoy working closely with the business in a hands-on way to advise on and manage a broad range of communication, engagement and change management activities. Key Responsibilities | Duties: Project manage and enable the implementation of a culture and values strategy for the organisation Design, plan and co-ordinate internal communications events (two-way) and processes Analyse data and feedback from such events to create insights which can be used to measurably improve the culture Develop a colleague engagement approach including the design and rollout of an employee engagement survey Provide advice across the organisation on engagement issues and practice Design and implement creative and effective change initiatives bringing to life to organisation values and the target culture Support organisation change through close liaison with all parts of the organisation and effective understanding of staff views via focus groups and surveys Serve as project manager responsible for prioritising and executing deliverables, tracking and measuring to successful completion and reporting progress Design and manage the culture and values share-point page and make sure this is a 'living' rather than static resource for collaboration Act with integrity and trust - modelling open and honest communication Be able to engage and collaborate with key stakeholders within the organisation. The Person | Desirable Attributes: To perform successfully, the person will need to have practical experience in a communications / change management role, and strong knowledge and experience with employee engagement concepts and applications.  The right person for this job enjoys taking a hands-on approach, is creative and enthusiastic and able to work in a fast-paced changing environment. Attitude is a key factor. They will have the ability to develop exceptional professional relationships, to influence and challenge colleagues, in order to support the delivery of the culture and values strategy.   They will the ability to measure progress by identifying outcomes and measures associated with each change initiative. They will ideally have: Degree in HRM, Business Studies or equivalent Minimum 3-5 years' experience in engagement or internal communications in an fast-paced environment Ability to conduct group facilitation and effectively probe and capture feedback Previous experience of designing, running and evaluating employee engagement programmes Demonstrated experience in collecting, analysing and presentation of actionable insights regarding employee engagement and communication initiatives Background in project planning and implementation Creative thinking Outstanding communication, interpersonal and people management skills Proficiency in MS Office applications Ability to work under tight deadline pressure. This role is being offered on a 12 month fixed term contract.
