The candidate will serve in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, client counseling, opinion development and due diligence activities. Practical experience and an in-depth knowledge of Chemistry and Biology is required. Must have Ph.D. in Chemistry. Should have 4+ years of research experience in organic chemistry, and one or more of biochemistry, molecular biology, genetics, and cell biology. Active USPTO Registration is essential. Must be in good standing in the Bar and willing to sit for the Pennsylvania or Delaware Bar. This firm focuses on disputes and investigations.
