Job Description

The Continuous Energy Improvement (CEI) team is seeking an experienced energy efficiency consultant, with excellent communication and analytical skills to deliver our program as a measure to our growing list of participants. CEI delivers verifiable behavioral and operational energy savings for "MUSH" market participating organizations with a portfolio of buildings. As the primary point of regular contact for both participants and our utility company customers, you are an engaging, persuasive, friendly, informed and supporting individual.

To ensure smooth delivery of the program, your role will often encompass multiple areas including; data management, metrics and reporting, team facilitation and coordination, and process definition and improvement. Analysis and evaluation, attention to detail and ability to deliver to deadlines are fundamental to the success of the CEI program.

Delivery of Energy Master Planning Workshops with a room of stakeholders and facilitating CEI cohort workshops will also be a regular function, so presentation and/or training skills and experience is also must.

6+ years' energy industry consulting or related experience

Bachelor's degree preferred

CEM and/or PMP type qualification strongly preferred.

Bonus points for direct experience as an energy manger of a portfolio.

50% travel time within Texas and Oklahoma required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Weekly phone/email contact with your facilities/energy manager participants - tracking energy savings actions, reviewing consumption data, leading initiatives, offering support and advice.

- Monthly face to face meeting in TX and OK with participants on a 1-to-1 and cohort basis.

- Regular facility 'walk-throughs' and reporting.

- Regular internal reporting updates

- 3hr workshop facilitation/presentation/training with various stakeholders from participating organizations

- Compilation of Energy Master Plan documentation

- Departmental process improvement and task management.
