THE ROLE

As the Director, Digital Analytics, you will weave together a number of different sources such as customer, website, media and social listening data to provide a 360-degree holistic view of your clients' marketing and communications programs. Leading a team of 5 analysts, your day-to-day responsibilities include:
  • Partnering with internal creative, technology, media and client services teams to help them deliver and execute data-driven marketing plans to clients
  • Developing KPIs and measurement frameworks to meet clients' business objectives
  • Identify key business opportunities and play a key role in proposal writing
  • Running projects around ROI, customer and audience segmentations, predictive modeling, A/B testing and experimentation, attribution, marketing mix modeling, conjoint analysis

YOUR SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
  • You have substantial experience in marketing, advertising, consulting, digital analytics
  • You have client facing experience and have delivered strategy and insights to Fortune 500 clients
  • You have experience with multiple data sources such as qualitative and quantitative research, syndicated data, website data, social listening and digital media data, customer and CRM data
  • You have experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • You have hands-on quantitative skills and still enjoy being hands-on
  • You have a strong understanding of statistics
  • Tools proficiency with R, Python, SQL

SALARY AND BENEFITS

The successful candidate will secure an annual salary of between $220,000 - $280,000 and benefits depending on experience.
