The Applications Management Division of Digital & Information Services provides software systems and tools to support the administration, teaching and research functions at institutional, school and departmental levels across the organisation.

The role is a technical team member position within the SharePoint & CRM development team. This role involves gathering user requirements; preparation of Software Requirements Specifications; development of solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint and related technologies; testing (including functional, usability and coordination of User Acceptance Testing); and documentation & training. The post holder will need to work closely with third-party suppliers, to coordinate development and integration activities, as well as ensuring that Application Lifecycle Management processes are followed to ease system integration.
