Our newly formed Executive Support team is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to join us in our recently merged Faculty.

We are responsible for providing a high standard of PA and admin services to the executive team within the Faculty, and want a highly motivated, well-organised person to join us in the post of Personal Assistant (SNAM).

Under the direction of the Senior Personal Assistant to the Executive Dean you will provide a comprehensive and confidential PA service to support the Head of School of Nursing and Midwifery, Associate Heads, and Faculty Executives, where appropriate, in the Faculty of Health: Medicine, Dentistry and Human Sciences. You will provide a customer focused, cost effective and efficient administrative support service whilst maintaining high standards of diplomacy, sensitivity and professionalism.

Expect this role to evolve as the Executive Support Team matures and the School Office develops. You can expect support in terms of your personal and professional development, and opportunities to gain experience in a wide range of Faculty projects.

You will need to be flexible and able to work at any of our sites including the Main Campus, John Bull Building (next to Derriford) and PAHC (on the Marjon site) and may be required to travel between any of our other sites.

This is a full time position working 37 hours per week on a fixed-term basis until 18th December 2020.
