As a Broker Agent Service Senior Representative, you'll focus on providing phone support to Sales Representatives by answering general sales support questions and assisting with system navigation.

This position is full - time (40 hours / week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8 hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (7:00am to 8:00pm CST). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime that could include a Saturday. Our office is located at 3645 Thirlane Rd NW., Roanoke, VA 24019. This role is an onsite role and you will transition onsite in the future.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • ""

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • ""

  • 1+ years of computer skills including but not limited to: knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook (ability to create, edit, save and send documents, spreadsheets, presentation, correspondence)
  • ""

  • Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high - speed internet connection or leverage an existing high - speed internet service
  • ""

  • If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or similar UnitedHealth Group - approved symptom screener.
