Our work depends on **Information Technology Support Specialist’s** joining our team to support Tier I operations for a large infrastructure effort in Annapolis Junction, MD.

The **Information Technology Support Specialist’s** duties will include, but are not limited to:

+ Answering calls, chats and emails from customers

+ Providing technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software

+ Provide excellent customer service to internal and external client

+ Provide timely updates and closure to client requests and issues


+ **Active TS/SCI Clearance Required with Poly**

+ Must have and maintain 8570 Level I certification (A+, Security+ or similar)

+ Technical Support or Customer Service experience is required

+ Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned

+ EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: HS/GED, 1+ years of experience


+ Multiple shifts available to support 24/7 operations (shift differentials may apply)
