Senior Automation Mechanic- ( $2,500 Sign On Bonus available for New External Hires)

This position is directly involved in the overall maintenance, inspection and repair of highly technical equipment in an Industrial/Production environment.- This position partners with business leaders to ensure production equipment needs are optimized.- Safety requirements are strongly enforced; this individual must be attentive to his/her own safety and the safety of others in the workplace. Position Responsibilities: Install, maintain, repair, and conduct preventive maintenance on new and existing facilities equipment, electrical, mechanical, and computerized building management systems Repair equipment and recalibrate as needed. Conduct general equipment maintenance, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and repair. Participates in the establishment and improvement of new and existing process equipmentMaintaining process equipment by developing/initiating PM's - Documenting work using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS - SAP)Work with vendors and parts management agency to maintain the correct level of machine parts.Minimum electrical - Troubleshooting, repair and installation of electrical equipment and systemsWorking knowledge and experience in automation, vision systems, PLCs (programmable logic controllers) and HMIs (human machine interfaces).Mechanical - Repair and installation of pumps, gear drives, equipment and preventative maintenance, lighting, alarms, building instrumentation, and BMSPackaging/Filling - Provide repair and maintenance of mechanized, electrical and automated equipmentShift:11:00 PM-7:30 AM PM Sunday night to Friday morningpotential on-call to maintain equipment as needed outside of scheduled hoursEducation Minimum Requirement: -''High school diploma or equivalent'Required Experience and Skills: -Technical or trade school training in electrical/automation controls.-Ability to work independently, communicate status and deficiencies.-Maintain computerized records using current maintenance software.-Interact with colleagues, customers and vendors.Preferred Experience and Skills:----Associates Degree with experience in electrical, PLC/Automation ControlsWorking knowledge and experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment.Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S.Experience in SAP and inventory control.Experience with SAP (electronic record keeping system)Our Manufacturing & Supply Division is committed to be the most trusted supplier of bio-pharmaceuticals worldwide.
